Welcome Kit

Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you plan your wedding and your music.

Planning Form

My biggest request is that you set aside some time to tackle the Wedding Planning Form on your website. (If you need help getting to it, there are some screenshots at the bottom of this page.)

Schedule Final Check-In

Please schedule a check-in (over Zoom) for sometime 7-21 days before your wedding where we can make sure everything is finalized. You can see my calendar and schedule it here.

For a Friend or Family Officiant

Most couples are now getting married by a friend or family member. I have some advice for them on how to make sure it goes great. Please share it with your officiant. https://pugetsounddj.com/how-to-officiate-a-friends-wedding/

Friend Me on Facebook

I’d love to keep up with all the important things leading up to your wedding. https://www.facebook.com/alanchitlik

Preliminary Timeline Guide

I’d love to help you create your timeline as soon as you’re ready. You can look at this article for some initial thoughts. But we’ll customize everything for you and it will be available on your website to share with your other vendors.

Pick Your Music

I’m eager for you to have as much (or as little) input on music as you want. On your website, there’s an extensive music database for you to choose from. Or send me any Spotify links you’ve created.

Guide for People Giving Toasts

Toasts are SUCH an important part of your reception. I hope you’ll share this post will the people who are giving toasts at your wedding.

Follow My Facebook Page

I’d appreciate it if you’re willing to “like” my Facebook page.

Schedule Planning Meeting

Any time after you’ve tackled the Wedding Planning Form, we can get together for a comprehensive planning meeting. You can see my calendar and schedule it here

Gather Song Requests from Guests

I love understanding what music your guests want to dance to. So the easiest way to have them make requests is to go here and have them log in with the password that I sent in your confirmation email.

Follow Me on IG

I am going to up my IG game this year and would love to follow you back. https://www.instagram.com/pugetsounddj/

Review Me!

After your wedding is all over, it will mean the world to me if you could review me. There’s a questionaire back on your website. And/or you could pop up to the Google and share your experience.
